Job Title: Director of Lifestyle and Operations

Armani Hotel Milano is seeking an experienced Director of Lifestyle and Operations to join our team. This role is responsible for the general administration and profitability of the Lifestyle and Housekeeping departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Lifestyle and Housekeeping departments are interfaced and communication between them is seamless.
  • Coach and develop the Lifestyle and Housekeeping teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide feedback to the teams.
  • Develop and conduct performance reviews for the Lifestyle and Housekeeping teams.
  • Ensure all guest rooms are clean and available for check-in.
  • Manage the daily room occupancy forecast and room report.
  • Ensure enough manpower to complete tasks for the day.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* hotel.
  • At least 3 years experience at the same level.
  • Hotel Management (desirable).
  • Proficient in English Language and additional languages desirable.
