Manufacturing Process Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Danaher Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing equipment and processes to produce high-quality injection molded products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development: Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all manufactured products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing-related issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train other manufacturing personnel on new processes and equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or manufacturing.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on process development and quality assurance.
- Skills: Proficiency in analyzing validation test data, experience with plastic injection molding machines, and ability to prepare and verify validation protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of validation activities, including equipment and injection molding qualification.
- High-level knowledge and skill to utilize data-driven approaches to determine root cause and countermeasure.
- Experience working in medical device clean room environments.
