At Danaher Corporation, we are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Quality Operations Engineering Department. This role will be responsible for monitoring the technical application of quality management systems within manufacturing to ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor production processes and adherence to Quality Management Systems requirements.
- Support Quality and Manufacturing teams in assessing product and process risks, monitoring real-time on-floor processes, and escalating quality-related issues as necessary.
- Work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships, fostering an environment that values diversity and inclusion.
- High School with over 2 years of experience or Technical Trade degree or Scientific related Associates Degree with over 1 year of relevant experience.
- Highly motivated proactive self-starter that can self-initiate, track, and send status updates on work progress.
- Ability to understand and interpret quality management system requirements.
- Previous experience in Non-conformance process or investigation.
- 24X7 manufacturing production.
- Quality Management System.
The hourly range for this role is $25.40/hr - $33.65/hr.
