Job Summary

BB&E is seeking a highly skilled Management Analyst to support our operations in Sigonella, Sicily, Italy. As a Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our team and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site administrative support to our team, including preparing presentations, briefs, and reports using Microsoft Office software.
  • Assist in updating and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets and tracking metrics.
  • Support the development of new processes and procedures, including creating documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with employees to facilitate successful implementation of new systems and procedures.
  • Review results of program changes for efficacy and make recommendations for further improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Science, or Accounting, and at least 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • High School Degree and at least 10 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess and maintain at least an interim Secret security clearance during task order performance.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 60% of the time.
  • Able to operate office equipment, including computer, copy machine, phone, etc.
  • Capable of light lifting, under 10 lbs.
  • Able to wear the required PPE.
