We are seeking an experienced Operations and Program Services Coordinator to join our team in Rome. As a key member of our French programs team, you will be responsible for handling relationships with suppliers, resolving quality issues, and planning activities for tour groups. You will also provide sales updates to suppliers, book and confirm arrival/departure transfers, and handle administrative tasks such as preparing group documents and reviewing expenses.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have a French native or mother tongue, 2+ years' experience in travel and tourism business, and fluent English written and spoken. You should also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, experience in working with computer databases, and strong people skills & customer care orientation. Additionally, you must be a self-starter who is able to respect deadlines and prioritize, with demonstrated success in making tough decisions and taking risks. Finally, you should have a passion for travel.
