Job Title: Product Development Assistant - Leather Ready-To-Wear & Denim

Company: Bottega Veneta Logistica S.r.l.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to join our team. As a Product Development Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our leather ready-to-wear and denim products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Support the Product Data Management software (PLM) by coding models, updating Bill Of Material, and maintaining accurate product information.
  • Assist in updating daily product development tools, including Collection overview, Boards, trial/pattern charts, and other relevant systems.
  • Support the collection data follow-up process from manufacturers, mills, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in fitting sessions to assess garment fit and aesthetics, ensuring accurate production of final samples.
  • Maintain organized records of design specifications, patterns, samples, and production details.
Requirements:
  • First experience as a Product Developer Assistant, preferably in the Luxury Fashion Industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Understanding of cost analysis and budget management.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in the Fashion Industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package (in particular Excel/Access), Stealth, and PLM information systems.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
