About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to join our team at Bottega Veneta Logistica S.r.l. in the Leather Ready-To-Wear & Denim department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality leather and denim materials.
  • Support the Product Data Management software (PLM) by coding models, updating Bill Of Material, and maintaining accurate product information.
  • Contribute to the development of daily product development tools, including Collection overview, Boards, and trial/pattern charts.
  • Assist in tracking collection data from manufacturers, mills, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in fitting sessions to assess garment fit and aesthetics, ensuring accurate production of final samples.
  • Maintain organized records of design specifications, patterns, samples, and production details.

Requirements

  • First experience as a Product Developer Assistant, preferably in the Luxury Fashion Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Understanding of cost analysis and budget management, as well as familiarity with sustainability practices in the Fashion Industry.
  • Proficiency in Office package, particularly Excel/Access, Stealth, and PLM information systems.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
