  • Job Summary
  • Contribute to the identification of risk factors and risk assessment in accordance with current regulations.
  • Develop, propose, and promote preventive and protective measures and control systems for occupational safety and environmental matters.
  • Monitor key compliance and deadlines related to safety and health regulations.
  • Organize training events on occupational safety and environmental topics.
  • Support the QHSE Manager in implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System and ISO certifications.
  • Monitor the effective implementation of the integrated management system and maintain it up-to-date with regulatory changes and process evolution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform internal and site audits.
  • Manage non-conformities, conducting thorough investigations and defining corrective actions with involved managers.
  • Collaborate with other company functions to prepare maintenance audits for certifications.
  • Provide internal training on company values and certifications.
  • Interface with colleagues and suppliers/subcontractors to verify adherence to company procedures.
  • Requirements
  • University degree in technical disciplines.
  • Thorough knowledge of environmental regulations (D.Lgs. 152/2006) and occupational safety and health regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the role.
  • Internal Auditor qualification.
  • Good knowledge of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.
  • High organizational capacity.
  • Any certifications are a plus.
  • Prior availability for medium and short-term transfers to operational units, contract sites, and company headquarters nationwide.
