Job Title: Senior IT Specialist - Medical Sector

CPL & Taylor By Synergos Srl is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Specialist to join our team in the medical sector. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with our SAP S/4HANA system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preside over the correct functioning of the ERP system, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Support users in the correct use of our systems, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Analyze business needs and identify solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders to develop technical specifications.
  • Validate solutions from a functional and integration perspective, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Lead project activities, implementing solutions directly and coordinating with external system integrators.
  • Develop, maintain, and update documentation and procedures.
  • Monitor and coordinate ticketing services, collaborating with our Help Desk and external application maintenance teams.
  • Manage SAP modules, including FI-CO-MM-SD-PP-QM-WM-PM.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a structured production environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proficient English language skills (B2/C1 level) for interaction with our international team.
