Job Title: Senior IT Specialist - Medical Sector

CPL & Taylor By Synergos Srl is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Specialist to join our team in the medical sector. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our ERP system, SAP S/4HANA, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preside over the correct functioning of the ERP system, SAP S/4HANA, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Support users in the correct use of our systems and applications.
  • Analyze business needs and requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor and validate solutions from a functional and integration perspective, ensuring compliance with product standards.
  • Lead project activities, including direct implementation and coordination with external system integrators.
  • Develop, maintain, and update documentation and procedures.
  • Manage the ticketing service for the application area, collaborating with the first-level Help Desk and external application maintenance services.
  • Manage SAP modules currently in use, including FI-CO-MM-SD-PP-QM-WM-PM.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a structured production environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proficient English language skills (B2/C1) for interaction with other companies in the group.
