Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team in Arco, TN. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production programs defined by Annual Operative Programs (AOP) in terms of quantity, quality, costs, and level of service.
Main Responsibilities- Guarantee the required performance level of production programs, collaborating with technical and organizational plant structures.
- Manage quality control, taking responsibility for achieving results and valorizing achievements.
- Ensure the quality of parts produced in the Shop, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement Work Place Organization (DOS) strategies.
- Critically review scorecard indicators regarding productivity, quality control, and cost of auxiliary materials.
- Have advanced knowledge of all processes related to the Shop, including production line phases and tools used.
- Understand the criteria and types of rework activity in the Shop, as well as work cycles and methods related to the Shop.
- Knowledgeably contribute to defining the Plant budget and Shop budget, monitoring deviations in raw materials and transformation costs.
- Educational background: University bachelor degree.
- Professional background: 5-7 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) knowledge and procedures.
- Safety politics, general procedures, operative procedures, and use of appropriate forms and registers.
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
