We value teamwork, respect, motivation, flexibility, and open-mindedness, and we are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator/IT Operations Engineer to join our team in Florence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, monitoring and analyzing our infrastructure and services, and collaborating with our System Administration team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows and Linux systems, networking architectures, and hybrid cloud stacks, as well as experience with IT operations, quality, and automation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining servers, networking systems, and corporate directories in the cloud and on-premises;
  • Supporting software development and product improvement;
  • Providing 2nd-3rd level support to the IT help desk team;
  • Managing and updating documentation;
  • Identifying and reporting systems that can benefit from automation, monitoring, and performance optimizations;

Requirements include a passion for working with technology, at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, and strong experience with Windows Server and Linux systems, networking management, and virtualization/containerization software.

Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills are also essential, as well as work proficiency in English.
