About the Role

As an Epu Manager at Alstom, you will be responsible for leading the Elementary Production Unit (EPU) in our Savigliano facility. The EPU Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensure compliance with local legislation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of occupational safety.

Main Responsibilities

  • Time management and activity management of employees, ensuring compliance with local legislation and regulations
  • Accountable for time reconciliation and ensuring accuracy
  • Responsible for improving occupational safety, including contractors, and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Development of operators, including qualification matrix, technology-related processes, and general qualification
  • Application of corporate policies, including EHS, IRIS, Ethics, and Compliance

Competencies and Skills

  • Functional Skills

Profound knowledge of Special Processes, working knowledge of Industrial Management, Processes for industrials E2E, Manufacturing Processes and Technologies, and Configuration & Change Management.

Transversal Skills

  • Profound knowledge of Team Management, including cross-functional teams, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations, and Lean Management tools and methods
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain/Quality processes, Products Knowledge, and Applicable Social Relations & Labor Law
  • Basic awareness of Finance/Sourcing processes and Digital & Analytics Tools for managing manufacturing activities
