Job Title: Epu Manager

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Epu Manager to join our team in Savigliano. As an Epu Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Elementary Production Unit and ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Epu team and ensure the successful execution of manufacturing activities
  • Responsible for the industrial process, including hand-over from PME to manufacturing
  • Deploy APSYS (Lean Manufacturing) and ensure its effective implementation
  • Responsible for the operators' training and qualification
  • Ensure the finalization of manufacturing preparation for the activity within the Epu
  • Manage the scope of manufacturing activities within the Epu, including task assignment to operators and intermediate handover
  • Monitor and improve SQCD performance for the activity in the Epu
  • Contribute to corrective action and issue management for the activity of the Epu
Requirements:
  • Profound knowledge of Special Processes
  • Working knowledge of Industrial Management, Processes for industrials E2E, and Manufacturing Processes and Technologies
  • Basic awareness of Automation / Robotization, Greenfield/Brownfield Development, Site Facilities & Maintenance, and Transfer of Technology
  • Profound knowledge of Team Management, including management of cross-functional teams, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain/Quality processes and impact from manufacturing on them
