About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Epu Manager to join our team in Savigliano. As a key member of our Production organization, you will be responsible for leading the Elementary Production Unit (EPU) and ensuring the successful execution of industrial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the setup of the supply chain and quality plan validation
  • Responsible for industrialization activities, including manufacturing preparation and operator training
  • Manage requests for training and qualification of operators, as well as hiring and deployment of resources
  • Oversee the hand-over from Project Management to manufacturing and ensure the deployment of APSYS (Lean Manufacturing) principles
  • Track and improve SQCD performance, including KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage issues and contribute to corrective actions, including QRQC
  • Execute changes to products and contribute to 1st Train(s)/products manufacturing feedback
Requirements
  • Profound knowledge of Special Processes and working knowledge of Industrial Management, Manufacturing Processes, and Technologies
  • Team Management skills, including cross-functional teams, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations
  • Lean Management tools and methods, as well as Supply Chain/Quality processes and impact from manufacturing
  • Products Knowledge and applicable Social Relations & Labor Law
