About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Epu Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As an Epu Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operators within an Elementary Production Unit (EPU) and ensuring the smooth execution of manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of operators within an EPU and ensure the timely completion of manufacturing activities.
  • Responsible for the time management and activity management of all employees within the EPU.
  • Accountable for the time reconciliation and ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Continuously improve occupational safety, including that of contractors, working for the EPU.
  • Contribute to the development of operators, including further development of the qualification matrix for product-related and technology-related processes.
Requirements
  • Profound knowledge of Special Processes.
  • Working knowledge of processes for industrials E2E, from Engineering to Delivery.
  • Manufacturing Processes and Technologies.
  • Configuration & Change Management.
