We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team at MOLDINO Tool Engineering Europe GmbH. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination between Sales and Admin functions, ensuring satisfaction of internal customers in respect and compliance with all internal and legal regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for managing tasks and projects within the administration line, implementing management decisions by coordinating with dedicated staff, and preparing decision-making processes for the Management Board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare business plans, budgets, and related periodical control reports, focusing on P&L, aggregate, and per-area analysis.
  • Analyze business potentials for cost drivers and offer appropriate suggestions.
  • Operateally support the Admin team (Customer Service, Human Resources, Accounting, General Affairs) in all major topics.
  • Evaluate and monitor customers' credit risks, with the support of the Admin team and in coordination with the Sales Line.
  • Introduce, manage, and develop all internal reporting needed to support/monitor the achievement of the Branch Objectives.
  • Coordinate external suppliers and consultants, in cooperation with the Admin team, with the Sales team when needed.
  • Focal point of all legal matters faced at a Branch Level.
  • Focal point for all contractual issues relating to customers and suppliers (e.g., Framework agreements, NDA, engagement letters, etc.).
  • Coordinate the local existing Body (e.g., Branch Committee), organizing meetings, agendas, and related minutes.

Requirements:

  • University degree and minimum 5 years of job experience in business administration context.
  • Minimum 3 years of Leadership experience and project management experience.
  • Broad knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resource processes.
  • Good IT knowledge of ERP-system (NAVISION), MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English language. Preferred: German.
  • Structured working method.
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically.
  • Assertiveness and ability to cooperate in an international and interdisciplinary network.
  • Ability to motivate and lead heterogeneous teams.
