About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Leader - Coordinatore/Coordinatrice to join our team at Adecco Italia S.p.A. in Verona. As a Team Leader - Coordinatore/Coordinatrice, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our team and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with procedures for maintaining products, tools, and quality and food safety standards on the work site.
  • Manage and complete orders, reports, and inventory to support the director.
  • Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage shifts and personnel in collaboration with the director.
  • Perform operational tasks in all workstations within the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability for travel.
  • High school diploma.
  • Preferably, at least one year of experience in leadership roles in the food service industry.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Sunday with one day of rest.
