About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PR and Media Manager to join our team at Brioni S.P.A. in Milan. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a crucial role in growing Brioni's awareness through PR and media activities, promoting the brand's uniqueness and product offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage PR Central office in Milan and coordinate with external offices in France, Germany, and the UK.
  • Develop and implement Brioni's annual and seasonal PR plans to create awareness around the brand through traditional PR activities.
  • Support the development of key press materials, including press releases, media alerts, and talking points, in collaboration with other departments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize press events and seasonal collection presentations.
  • Celebrities' dressing management for EMEA and WW coordination.
  • Define global buying strategy for Print, Digital, and OOH advertising.
  • Coordinate regional media plans with Brioni Regional teams.
  • Oversee franchisee and brand partners' media plans.
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Public Relations and Media in a Luxury/Global Organization.
  • Strong background in PR.
  • Experience in Media planning.
  • Management of external PR agencies.
  • Networking – Strong relationships with local, national, and international business and industry media outlets.
  • Experience in budget planning and management.
  • Good understanding of Digital Media.
  • Superior writing and communication skills.
  • People management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Self-motivator with a highly collaborative spirit.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, initiative, and drive.
  • Quick learner and resourceful; able to prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable with operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
