As a Corporate Affairs Legal Specialist, you'll be part of our dynamic team, working closely with our Legal Department to support the management of our social organs, including the Board of Directors, Shareholders' Meeting, and Internal Committees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation and management of social organs' meetings, including drafting meeting minutes and supporting the development of related documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of internal procedures and guidelines, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with external law firms and notaries to ensure seamless execution of legal tasks.
  • Support the analysis and resolution of complex legal issues, ensuring timely and effective decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Law degree from a recognized university.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
