Corporate Affairs Legal Specialist

As a Corporate Affairs Legal Specialist, you'll invest in your professional growth in a formative project within the Corporate Affairs department. You'll be part of our Legal Department and have the opportunity to support the Corporate Affairs team in managing social bodies, trade unions, and internal committees of Snam and controlled companies.

What You'll Contribute:

  • Support in managing the organization and verbalizing social body meetings of Snam S.p.A. (Board of Directors, Assembly, Trade Union Council, Consular Committees)
  • Support in drafting documentation for social body meetings of Snam S.p.A. (i.e., meeting convocations, explanatory notes, opinions, presentations, reports, benchmarking)
  • Manage post-meeting tasks for social body meetings of Snam S.p.A.
  • Support in drafting and negotiating various contracts
  • Support in drafting documentation and managing extraordinary activities, such as mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, and company establishment and liquidation within the Snam group
  • Deepen and study societarial issues related to the above activities
  • File management
  • Manage relationships with law firms and notaries

Requirements:

  • Law degree
  • Excellent English language skills (fluent in both written and spoken)
  • Advanced knowledge of IT support tools (Office, Microsoft, etc.)

Additional Skills:

  • Strong interest in the evolution of the energy sector and related technologies, including the energy transition
  • Knowledge of a second language (French and/or German)
