RINA is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Engineer to join its team in Genoa, Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing IT tools and programs adopted by the commercial, technical, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting business user requirements and ensuring compliance needs are met
  • Negotiating priorities with IT PMs and defining development planning
  • Managing the User Acceptance Test phase involving users and IT PMs
  • Training and supporting business users in using tools and programs
  • Configuring standard and custom profiles, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce platform

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT project management application design and development activities
  • Experience in configuring Salesforce Field Service product and APP
  • Appreciated knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
  • Nice to have Salesforce Certifications
  • English B2 or higher
