About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Partner to join our team in OOPXT Italy. As an HR Partner, you will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where all our people feel encouraged and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Leaders: Collaborate with site leaders on HR matters, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement New Policies: Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment, ensuring compliance with Amazon's HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop Communication Plans: Develop and implement communication plans and initiatives to support managers with site briefs and bulk or sitewide announcements, ensuring effective communication across the organization.
  • Lead HR Projects: Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Collect and analyze data to inform HR strategies and drive business decisions, providing insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
About the Team

The Customer Fulfillment (CF) team is the foundation of Amazon's business, handling over 1.5 million orders every day. As an HR Partner, you will work closely with the CF team to create a positive and inclusive culture, ensuring that all associates feel valued and supported.

Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment, with advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR strategies.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices.
