About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Supply Chain Consulting team in Milan, Italy. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in growing our Italian business by collaborating with colleagues from other parts of the NTT DATA family, working closely with our planning technology partner, and driving direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through collaboration with colleagues, planning technology partners, and direct sales channels.
  • Present Supply Chain propositions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create proposals and drive continued revenue growth.
  • Develop and foster relationships with clients and alliance partners.
  • Increase visibility of Supply Chain Consulting in the European market, particularly in the Italian market.
  • Take ownership of recruitment according to business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, operations research, supply chain management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in the supply chain industry, preferably with quantitative tools and methodology.
  • Track record of business development in supply chain.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English languages.
