Job Description

At GE Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Tender and Quotation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in executing activities and processes that drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, including tender identification, analysis, and document consolidation.
  • Develop effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Service, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Order Management.
  • Update and maintain data in Commercial and other core systems, including Salesforce CRM platform and tools.
  • Develop conceptual knowledge of ITO processes and tools, as well as applicable laws and requirements.
  • Apply general business knowledge to identify issues and resolve them using established procedures.
Requirements
  • Basic experience in Sales and Sales Operations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude and flexibility.
  • Rigor, method, and time management attitude.
  • Customer focus and teamwork orientation.
  • Legal or Humanistic bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Good English knowledge and IT skills.
