We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Engineer to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for articulating technical capabilities, partnering with the sales team, and providing technical support to partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
- Partner with the sales team to generate leads and follow-up on technical matters.
- Prepare presentations for projects, proposals, and Bill Of Materials (BOM).
- Prepare Proof of Concept (PoC) documents to guide customer requirements.
- Prepare Statements of Capability (SoC) for customer reference in tender bidding.
- Support constant communication with prospective clients.
- Provide general technical support to partners and clients.
- Involve in project implementation and roll-out process.
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Over 3 years' experience in working as a Solution Engineer or Presales or related technical role.
- Familiarity with part of the technology listed, including Campus Network, Data Center Network, WAN, WiFi, HCI, Server and Storage, Cloud, Security, or 5G.
- Successful sizeable project deployment experience.
- Willingness to travel.
