Are you a skilled sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? Do you have a strong understanding of the lighting technology industry and a proven track record of successful sales partnerships?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new customer relationships, cultivating existing customer networks, and driving sales growth in the region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Focusing on selling value-added products and solutions, and achieving financial objectives, including sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Identifying potential customers for Tridonic Italia and organizing activities to promote Tridonic products in the region.
  • Developing professional relationships with System Integrators, System Partners, and other key stakeholders to initiate and increase commercial activities.
  • Meeting with end-users to demonstrate the benefits of using Tridonic components and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Developing project concepts to meet or exceed customers' requirements and specifying our brand.
  • Training designers and distributors to ensure they understand how to implement our solutions and minimize after-sales complaints.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a solution sales-based role.
  • Proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • High level of computer skills, including MS Office and SAP.
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and good English skills.
