Solution Sales Professional

The Solution Sales Executive is a key player in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the Italian market. This role focuses on selling Workiva's Environmental, Sustainability & Governance (ESG) solutions to Executive-level buyers and influencers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with peer sales teams, inside sales, and partnerships to generate qualified sales pipeline
- Utilize information gathered during the needs analysis phase to deliver compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform
- Address customer objections and remove obstacles to find solutions to various client challenges
- Lead the sales process to a close by showcasing Workiva's value proposition
- Regularly update customer relationship management tools to report customer contacts
- Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to forecast sales
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure the sale
- Rally internal support to pursue an account and optimize internal resources
- Prioritize selling activities and ensure timely follow-through
- Maintain a strong understanding of Workiva products through ongoing training and a growth mindset
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a related role, enterprise technology, or complex solution sales
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
- Fluency in both Italian and English
