We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our Sales Team at BizAway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial contact to contract signature, and driving business growth through new client acquisition and sales revenue forecasting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and prospecting for new clients in the DACH region
  • Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
  • Presenting our solution to a range of stakeholders, including C-Levels, HR Directors, and Travel Managers
  • Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract
  • Forecasting sales revenue and providing visibility into your deal pipeline
  • Acting as an evangelist for our solution, attending fairs and public events as needed
  • Defining Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
  • Collaborating with the SDRs and Sales Team in a positive feedback loop

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and a good level of English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
  • A "no excuses" attitude, with a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability
  • A hunger for challenges and a desire to continuously improve and raise the bar
  • Proactivity and a willingness to propose value-creating solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment

We are also interested in candidates with previous experience in SAAS Sales, Business Travel, or Start-ups.
