Job Description

Role Summary
A highly motivated Sales Representative is required to join our team at ADP. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships to drive revenue growth in the mid-market segment in Italy.

About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients. The Sales Representative will work closely with our pre-sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market segment in Italy
- Manage existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and expand the ADP client base
- Collaborate with our pre-sales team to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Conduct sales visits and presentations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a service-based offering
- Strong understanding of HCM solutions and the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
