Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Luxury Sales Professional to join our team at Burberry Limited.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering sales results and exceeding targets. They will be passionate about fashion, art, and culture and possess strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with clients, work by appointment to provide a personalized service, and promote loyalty and incremental purchases.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs, including appointments, UPT, ATV, and AUR.
  • Service Standards: Provide a luxury service, demonstrate knowledge and expertise in product, fashion, and styling, and maintain high visual standards according to Burberry guidelines.
Personal Profile
  • A strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.
  • Demonstrates Confidence, Curiosity, Conviction, and Care.
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
