We are seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at POMELLATO EUROPA S.P.A. in Milan, Italy.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a customer service-focused environment and be fluent in Italian and English.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for luxury, strong communication skills, and excellent negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relations and identify customer needs to provide exceptional service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, develop, and recruit clients while spreading the values and philosophy of POMELLATO.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with knowledge of additional languages appreciated.
  • Genuine passion for luxury, strong communication skills, and excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, positive attitude, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
