Ruolo: Senior Luxury Sales Advisor - Alta Gioielleria e Orologeria
Descrizione del Ruolo:
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della boutique di un Luxury Brand prestigioso sul centro di Milano specializzato sul prodotto di Alta Gioielleria e Orologeria.
Si occuperà di offrire al cliente un servizio di consulenza approfondita sul prodotto, attraverso una vendita assistita e uno storytelling strutturato, gestendo le trattative commerciali e le attività di after-sales.
Garantirà inoltre un servizio al cliente esclusivo, con una costante fidelizzazione e attività di clienteling.
Requisiti:
- Consolidata esperienza nel settore della vendita di Alta Gioielleria e Orologeria in contesti di alto livello;
- Buone capacità di problem-solving e adattabilità;
- Forte propensione alla customer satisfaction e attitudine di vendita;
- OTTIMA conoscenza della lingua INGLESE;
- Molto gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua (russo, cinese, arabo).
Si prega di notare che il ruolo è disponibile per un lavoratore a tempo pieno con un orario di lavoro da lunedì a domenica su turni.
