Luxury Retail Sales Representative

We are currently looking for experienced sales professionals to join our Dolce & Gabbana team in Milano. This is an exciting opportunity to become a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service.
About the RoleAs a Luxury Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our luxury products by identifying the needs of our international customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling luxury products to achieve sales targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining high standards of store appearance and ensuring that all visual merchandising is up-to-date
- Embodying and transmitting the company's brand values through effective product knowledge
Requirements for this role include:
- Fluency in English; other languages are considered an asset
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and professional selling techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong team player mentality
