We're seeking an ambitious Luxury Fashion Sales Associate to join our Milan Flagship Retail Store team.
Job Description

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to exceed sales targets.">

- Provide exceptional customer service, showcasing luxury fashion expertise and industry knowledge.">
- Maintain awareness of product and merchandising standards, ensuring accurate stock replenishment and visual merchandising compliance.">
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.">
Requirements

- Experience in a customer-facing role within luxury fashion or a related industry.">
- Ambition and drive within the retail function.">
- Sociable and charismatic, with excellent communication skills in Italian and Mandarin (written and verbal).">
- English speaking desirable but not essential.">
Benefits and Salary
">We offer a competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum) and benefits package, reflecting the demands of this exciting role.
