Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Milano. As a key member, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while meeting performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store potential
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and maintain CRM records
  • Uphold company standards and procedures
  • Keep stock information updated and manage store-to-store transfers

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, high flexibility, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts, is essential. You should also have excellent communication and empathetic skills, commercial results orientation, and be a good team player.
