Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Luxury Sales Manager to lead our sales team in presenting, promoting, and selling our luxury products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in presenting and promoting our luxury products and services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service and follow-up communications.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to monitor the sales pipeline and track client interactions.
  • Interact regularly with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless product delivery and service.
  • Attend trade shows and sales events with the team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist management in overseeing day-to-day operations and providing input on sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding sales expertise, evidenced by a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for storytelling.
  • English as a mother tongue is preferred, and fluency in Italian and multiple languages is also preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
