For a luxury hotel in Milan, we're seeking a Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive hotel revenue.
  • Promote the hotel's identity and unique selling points, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Solicit and develop new business from targeted market segments and sources.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new sources of business.
  • Retain existing business by adhering to established retention strategies.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows and sales missions to maintain relationships and scout new opportunities.
  • Input client data accurately into relevant hotel systems.
  • Review sales performance with the Director of Sales & Marketing, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with the Groups & Event Sales Manager to drive business to specific segments.
  • Assist in monitoring competitor hotel activities.
  • Provide market feedback to inform hotel strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to increase sales and productivity across the hotel.
  • Ensure timely completion of departmental reports and related correspondence.
  • Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in implementing the annual Sales Business Plan.
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries effectively.
  • Implement the sales solicitation strategy in selected markets.
  • Work closely with the hotel's reservations department to ensure accurate handling and implementation of booking enquiries.
