Job Title: Sales Representative

Company: Logistics & Transport Company

Location: Milan (Office base)

Salary: EURO 45,000 (Including bonus)

Hours: Mon to Fri / 8:45 to 17:30 (Lunch time 45 minutes)

Pay holiday (One year):
22 days of holidays + 88 hours (=11 days) of permission hours + 32 hours (=4 days) former National holidays.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Milan. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company's products and services, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Represent the company's products and services to customers, using consumer research and deep knowledge of our solutions.
  2. Cooperate with Branch Manager and operational staff to stay updated on branch situation.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  4. Identify prospects and set appointments to visit existing and potential customers.
  5. Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis.
  6. Make effective qualifying sales calls and manage sales cycle to close new business.
  7. Prepare concise and accurate reports, sales materials, proposals, presentations, and other required documentation.
  8. Update customers on new services and/or promotions.
  9. Analyze branch's numbers to understand actual market and opportunities.
  10. Communicate with customers to understand their issues and propose solutions.
  11. Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
  12. Achieve sales goals by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  1. Open-minded, confident, loyal, hard-working, passionate, and a person who wants to continually learn and improve.
  2. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and good organizational skills.
  3. Use of Windows Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  4. Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  5. Business level of Italian language skills is mandatory.

*Candidate must have right to work in Italy.
