Job Description

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the hospitality industry.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of labor market trends, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business needs, including job postings, advertising, and social media promotion.
  2. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as online platforms, referrals, and networking events.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences, and ensure that candidate pipelines are aligned with business objectives.
  4. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit, and facilitate subsequent rounds of interviews as needed.
  5. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview results, and hiring decisions.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and labor market analytics tools.
