Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage and maintain the company's online presence, and develop and execute sales campaigns.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, provide guidance and support, and develop and execute team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Language: Fluent in Italian and English.
