Immediate Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our After Sales Department as an Omnichannel After Sales Intern. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our corporate networks with an Omnichannel approach, focusing on After Sales flows and processes while maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and experience excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships and contacts with all global regions.
  • Process material requests and manage flows (bulk order, replenishment, kit).
  • Assist the Repairs Office in managing After Sales cases for international boutiques.
  • Manage orders/goods between national platforms (spare parts, fabrics).
  • Monitor and manage regular flows and activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma from a technical institute in the sector or a degree in economics or foreign languages.
  • Professional use of Italian and English.
  • Previous internship experience, even if brief, in the After Sales sector is considered a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
