We are currently seeking a Planner to support engineering initiatives in a dynamic setting.

As a Planner, your primary responsibility will be the medium to long-term scheduling of one or more projects. You will gather and oversee the fabrication sequence developed by Manufacturing Engineers, and organize activities to meet project deadlines while ensuring an efficient and cost-effective production flow.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining the Project Master Schedule for one or multiple projects, based on fabrication sequences from Manufacturing Engineers, assigning lead times to each task and resource, and ensuring adherence to Client milestones and delivery timelines.
  • Identifying and monitoring the Project Critical Path, collaborating with the Component Delivery Manager team to achieve project goals.
  • Overseeing and accelerating project progress; identifying and following up on recovery plans when necessary, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions or delays.
  • Preparing Project Plan reports: generating manufacturing schedules, workload assessments, and progress reports that highlight variances and suggest or request recovery options. Recognizing critical situations such as bottlenecks or resource overloads, and proposing mitigation or recovery strategies.
  • Ensuring Safety Compliance: Adhering to company policies, standards, and procedures related to safety, quality, risk, and security applicable to the role.

Who you are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • You have preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is considered advantageous.
