Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers on implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring successful adoption and driving business outcomes.
  • Work closely with ServiceNow Sales, Solution Consulting, and ACE partners to qualify, manage, and close Expert Services opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance on how to leverage ServiceNow technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow product releases and innovations, applying this knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a broad understanding of the platform's capabilities and applications.
