Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and proposing Artificial Intelligence solutions on clients belonging to different industries;
  • Participating actively in the implementation of a project, recognizing opportunities and managing collaboration with diverse teams;
  • Mastering the English language, both spoken and written.

You will be part of the Solution Area Data & Artificial Intelligence, whose goal is to successfully guide the digital transformation of companies by designing Advanced Customer and Employee Experience solutions.

As a Solution Architect, you will have the task of understanding the vision and needs of these clients and translating them into innovative solutions, in line with the value proposition and company objectives.

In this role, you will personally follow the definition of the solution, propose it to the client, supervise its delivery and adoption.

For this reason, technical skills and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate will be fundamental in facing the challenges that our clients must face in the digital transformation process.
