Key Accountabilities



  • Develop project technology strategies by understanding client objectives, diagnosing and mapping client requirements, articulating solution risks and barriers, and recommending project approaches.
  • Prepare and deliver business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, and conducting proof-of-concept to showcase technical feasibility when necessary.
  • Propose technical solutions and oversee the selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop proposed solutions that meet customer requirements.

Requirements



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry as a pre-sales professional, including solid knowledge of network best practices.
  • Thorough understanding of TCP/IP, including Proxy, Firewall, IPS, endpoint security, APT, and SIEM.
  • Knowledge of network security, virtualization, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, and cloud computing.
  • Familiarity with mainstream network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Bluecoat, etc.) and mainstream virtualization or Hyper-Converged solutions (VMware, Simplivity, Nutanix, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of troubleshooting technical issues involving networks and Sangfor products.
  • Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or VMware VCP or VCAP, or Certified Solution Architect from AWS or Azure, along with proven experience, are preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
