Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our sales excellence and support team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our customers in the pre-sales and design phase of the sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing consultative recommendations and integration and application design input to prospects and customers.
  2. Preparing and validating return on investment analyses for each project pre-sales and post-implementation.
  3. Participating in joint sales calls with the Honeywell Voice sales team to provide operational and technical support.
  4. Assisting with training partners to increase their ability to sell, implement, and support Honeywell Voice solutions.
  5. Documenting initial system design and application requirements during the pre-sales process and generating initial system architecture documents.

Requirements include:

  • A college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least five years of on-site customer support experience, including experience managing multiple, complex projects from start to completion.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize workloads in a dynamic work environment.
  • Professional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the customer's environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel overnight approximately 40-60% on an annualized basis.
  • Fluency in English and Italian language required. .NET development capabilities and working knowledge of TCP/IP, FTP, DHCP, Telnet, routing, client/server computing, Android OS, and MDM are also a plus.
