About the Role

As a key member of our production team, you will oversee the entire knitwear production process, ensuring that our high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget. Located in a prestigious facility, this role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for textiles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient production plans to meet demand while minimizing costs.
  • Maintain open communication with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of semi-finished products.
  • Monitor production progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in textile manufacturing, preferably in luxury fashion companies.
  • Master's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of textile industrial manufacturing processes.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
