About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Marketing team in Milan as an Assistant Brand Manager - Internship.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments, including Sales, Trade Marketing & Category, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to develop your analytical skills and gain insights into the competitive dynamics of the fresh dairy products market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct critical analysis to understand consumer behavior and competitors
  • Analyze sales and market trends using Nielsen and IRI database
  • Implement brand management plans, supporting communication and pack activities
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies and stakeholders
  • Support budget management
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Management Engineering
  • Problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Structured and analytical way of working
  • Relational skills and flexibility
  • Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Fluent in English
