About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Associate to join our Real Estate Corporate team in Padua. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting senior members in drafting a wide range of documents related to corporate and real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the drafting of commercial agreements, share and asset offer letters, and purchase agreements
  • Assist in the delivery of corporate, real estate, or commercial transactions
  • Work on domestic and multi-national corporate transactions, advising corporate, family office, and individual clients on disposals, acquisitions, and investments
  • Provide day-to-day corporate and commercial support
Requirements
  • Newly Qualified (NQ) or up to 2 years of Post Qualification Experience (2PQE)
  • Excellent academics (not less than 105/110)
  • Broad training and solid experience within a Corporate department
  • Fluent Italian and English communication skills (English proficiency equal to C1 level is a must)
  • Experience abroad for academic or professional purposes is an asset
  • Enthusiastic and engaged attitude with excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style
